Terrific for families, lots of games for kids and really fun and colourful looking. Sparkling or still water available on tap. Breakfast was lovely with freshly baked cakes too and a fun old gondola for kids to sit in while eating. Clean and colourfully decorated. Staff terrific, very helpful and let us change a room so our daughter could have a bunk bed originally booked. Took the number 12, then number 3 bus into town, easy and close to the accomodation.

The staff were friendly and understanding. It's a greet 😁 place to stay and we would highly recommend. Our room was big enough and comfortable. We were left a couple of cookies to welcome us. Delicious and a very friendly touch. Breakfast was also greet 😁 a nice outside space to sit in was available.

Good value for money and very clean. We arrived a few hours ahead of the check-in time. The hotel staff were very helpful in accommodating us with a small additional charge.

The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The common areas of the property are charmingly decorated in an eclectic, alpine, pastiche that conveys a pleasant hominess. Breakfast is fantastic. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable though some might find them austere.

Homely and full of entertainment for the children very ideal also for my dog ! I loved it so much. Never expect that for that bargain price !

we selected this hotel as we wanted to visit Annecy. This is a dog friendly hotel with a good size area to walk the dogs. It has a spacious private parking lot (included in the price). the room was nig enough to accommodate two people and one big dog

Very friendly place to stay with use of the kitchen to make drinks very helpfull. Very relaxed atmosphere and nice communal lounge/diner to eat and relax in. Fun decor adds to the atmosphere.

The parking space is very large and has a good view. It is also very convenient to visit a supermarket and gas station.
